Do you design production jigs and fixtures?
Yes. We do custom design and prototyping of everything from production jigs and poka-yoke (error-proofing) devices to test fixtures. Tell us what the part, process or test needs to do, and share any drawings, photos or measurements you have.
What is poka-yoke, and can you build it for our line?
Poka-yoke means designing a step so a mistake can’t happen, for example a fixture that only accepts a part in the right orientation. We design and prototype these for your process, then refine them once they’ve been tried on the line.
Can you make a prototype or a custom part?
Yes. Share a sketch, photo or file, and we’ll design and print a first version to test fit and function, then refine it and make the quantity you need.
What do you need from us to start?
Anything that shows what it needs to do: photos, drawings or CAD files if you have them, measurements, and the part itself if that helps.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
Common jobs have fixed-price packages (a Rapid Prototype, a Production Jig or Poka-Yoke Fixture, and a Test Fixture). Anything bigger gets a realistic timeline and cost before work starts.
